Thermal Imaging

We use FLIR thermal cameras to scan your walls, ceilings, and floors. Moisture-saturated materials show up as cold spots on the thermal image. This lets us detect hidden water intrusion and mold growth behind surfaces without cutting into your walls.

Moisture Mapping

We take moisture readings at 20 to 50+ points throughout your property using pin and pinless moisture meters. Every reading is documented on a moisture map so you can see exactly where elevated moisture levels exist and where the problem originates.

Moisture Source Identification

This is the most important part. If you remediate mold without fixing the moisture source, it grows back. Our specialty at Absolute Maintenance is water intrusion investigation. We trace the moisture to its origin, whether that is a roof leak, window or door flashing failure, stucco breach, foundation crack, or condensation from inadequate ventilation.

Photo-Documented Report
