Cameron Figgins is a building science expert and leading authority in waterproofing, mold remediation, and water intrusion analysis with over 30 years of specialized field experience. As Principal Consultant at Absolute Maintenance & Consulting, LLC since 2000, he provides forensic inspection, expert witness testimony, and moisture control solutions for residential, commercial, and institutional properties throughout the Western United States.
A certified Mold Remediation Consultant (#1622) and multi-factory certified installer (Sika, Dow Corning, GE), Cameron is also the author of Water Wise Home (2012) and Water Wise Journal (2014).

San Francisco State University Dormitory Restoration (2004)
Led leak detection, specification development, and quality control for a comprehensive waterproofing system covering 1,125,000 sq. ft. following major mold remediation. Managed daily oversight of the $1.2 million weatherproofing installation and developed the quality assurance program that has kept the building water-tight since completion.
