Absolute Maintenance & Consulting is a Los Angeles company that specializes in one thing: finding where water enters buildings from the outside and stopping it. We are an exterior water intrusion investigation and building envelope repair specialist. We are not a general contractor, not a plumber, and not a franchise. Cameron has spent over three decades investigating water intrusion in Los Angeles buildings. He understands how buildings are constructed in this market, how they fail, and how to trace water from the stain on your ceiling back to the breach in your building envelope. That is not something you learn from a manual. It comes from opening thousands of walls, inspecting hundreds of roofs, and testing countless windows and stucco facades across every type of construction in LA.

What We Do Not Handle
We are specialists, not generalists. There are services we do not provide:
- Plumbing leaks. If your leak is from a pipe, supply line, or drain inside a wall, call a licensed plumber.
- Interior water damage from plumbing. Dishwasher overflows, washing machine hose failures, and toilet supply line leaks are plumber territory.
- HVAC installation or repair. We remediate mold found in HVAC systems caused by water intrusion, but we do not install or service HVAC equipment.
- General contracting. We do not do kitchen remodels, room additions, or general construction. We investigate and repair water intrusion.

How We Are Different from Other Contractors
We diagnose before we repair. Most contractors skip the investigation and go straight to the fix they know: the roofer proposes a roof repair, the stucco contractor proposes stucco work. We start with thermal imaging, moisture mapping, and water testing to identify the actual source before we propose any repair. This means you pay to fix the real problem, not the guessed problem.
We understand building assemblies. A building envelope is a system: cladding, flashing, drainage plane, sheathing, framing, insulation, vapor management. Each layer has a role.
