Absolute Maintenance & Consulting is a Los Angeles company that specializes in one thing: finding where water enters buildings from the outside and stopping it. Cameron Figgins founded Absolute Maintenance & Consulting to address a gap in the Los Angeles construction and restoration market: property owners with water intrusion problems were being sent from contractor to contractor, each one looking at only their piece of the puzzle. The roofer blames the stucco. The stucco contractor blames the windows. The window company blames the flashing. Meanwhile, water keeps coming in and mold keeps growing.

Cameron has spent over three decades investigating water intrusion in Los Angeles buildings. He understands how buildings are constructed in this market, how they fail, and how to trace water from the stain on your ceiling back to the breach in your building envelope. That is not something you learn from a manual. It comes from opening thousands of walls, inspecting hundreds of roofs, and testing countless windows and stucco facades across every type of construction in LA.

We diagnose before we repair. Most contractors skip the investigation and go straight to the fix they know: the roofer proposes a roof repair, the stucco contractor proposes stucco work. We start with thermal imaging, moisture mapping, and water testing to identify the actual source before we propose any repair. This means you pay to fix the real problem, not the guessed problem.
