Cameron Figgins is our founder. He has more than 30 years of hands-on experience and specializes in identifying complex water intrusion issues in Southern California homes. Cameron is IICRC certified and MICRO certified, and he’s focused on helping homeowners protect their property with modern leak detection technology.

What We Do
We restore and protect buildings that water has damaged or is about to damage. That covers water damage restoration, leak detection and water intrusion repair, waterproofing, stucco repair, mold inspection and remediation, and fire damage restoration, with a focus on the water left behind by firefighting. We work for homeowners, property managers, HOA boards and building owners. Insurance adjusters, public adjusters and attorneys use our forensic leak detection reports and ASTM E1105 test results when the cause of a leak has to be documented.

How We Work
We find where water is getting in, fix that entry point, then dry and restore the damage and waterproof the weak spots. The order matters because water travels. It can enter at a roof penetration, follow the framing across a ceiling and show up as a stain in a different room.
We specialize in leaks from exterior sources: rain through a roof, wind-driven water at a window frame, moisture passing through stucco, or a balcony that sends water into the room below. We find them with thermal imaging, moisture mapping and other non-invasive testing before anyone opens a wall. Skip that first step and you end up with fresh paint over a leak that’s still active.
Water damage doesn’t wait for business hours. Our emergency team is available 24/7, including holidays, with a goal of arriving on-site within 60 minutes. We understand the stress water problems cause—immediate response is fundamental to our promise.
How Much Does an Inspection Cost?
Our inspections cost $375 to $1,500, depending on the size of the property and how deep the investigation goes. Basic Inspections start at $375.
- Basic Inspection: $375 to $575, about 15 to 20 minutes with an infrared camera.
- Detailed Inspection: $575 to $775, up to about an hour for one household or unit up to 3,000 sq. ft.
- Multi-Unit / Larger Property Inspection: $975 to $1,500, for up to 5 units or properties.
When we do the work, the fee for a Basic or Detailed Inspection is credited toward the cost of the work. Multi-Unit / Larger Property Inspection fees and water testing fees are not credited, and water testing isn’t included in inspection prices.
