What We Specialize In
Exterior Water Intrusion Investigation
This is our core service and the foundation of everything else we do. When water enters your building from an exterior source, we find where it gets in, how it travels through your building, and why. We use thermal imaging, moisture mapping, ASTM E1105 water testing, and forensic leak detection to investigate. Building Envelope Repair
Once we identify the source, we fix it. Water intrusion repair includes stucco remediation, window and door flashing replacement, roof and parapet transition repair, and foundation waterproofing. We repair the building envelope so water permanently stops entering your property.
Mold Inspection & Remediation
Mold is a direct consequence of water intrusion. We provide professional mold inspections using thermal imaging and moisture mapping, followed by IICRC S520-compliant mold remediation. We find the mold, identify the moisture source causing it, remove the mold, and repair the water source so it does not come back.
Exterior Waterproofing
We provide preventive and corrective waterproofing for building envelope components: foundations, roofs, crawl spaces, stucco, retaining walls, and basements.
Water Damage Restoration (Exterior Sources)
When exterior water intrusion causes interior damage, we handle the full restoration: drying, removal of damaged materials, rebuild, and mold remediation if needed. See our water damage restoration services.
Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration
We provide fire damage restoration with a focus on the water damage that firefighting causes. Fire trucks pump thousands of gallons of water into structures, and that water causes secondary damage including mold growth within 24 to 48 hours.
What We Do NOT Do
We believe in being upfront about this. If your problem falls into one of these categories, we will tell you immediately and point you toward a trusted specialist who can help.
Plumbing
We do not repair interior water supply lines, drain lines, slab leaks, sewer lines, or anything related to your plumbing system. If our investigation determines that your water problem is plumbing-related rather than building envelope, we let you know and refer you to a licensed plumber.
Interior Water Sources
Appliance leaks (washing machine, dishwasher, water heater), toilet overflows, and supply line bursts are not our scope. These are plumbing and interior restoration issues.
Hot Mop Waterproofing
We do not perform hot mop waterproofing for shower pans or bathroom floors. This is a specialized trade. We refer this work to West Coast Hot Mop.
Laboratory Mold Testing & Air Sampling
We perform mold inspections (visual assessment, thermal imaging, moisture mapping), but we do not collect air samples or surface swabs for laboratory analysis. Third-party environmental testing firms provide independent results that carry more credibility with insurance companies and attorneys. If your situation requires lab testing, we refer you to certified environmental professionals.
General Contracting & Remodeling
We do not perform kitchen or bathroom remodels, room additions, or general construction. Our scope is limited to building envelope investigation, repair, and related water, mold, and fire damage restoration.
